About ten years after the first Turnstone Cove was designed and built, the architect did a major remodel and an addition was added which included a Guest Room, Guest Bath, Staircase, and another attic Loft.
Hands-on construction experience was acquired doing all facets of home construction except for the foundation and the plumbing with were subbed out.
Some of these skills were decking, demolition, drywall, electrical, finish carpentry, flooring, insulation, painting & staining, foofing, siding, site work & landscaping, and windows and doors.
